Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mass video uploads, including setting up titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Prepare content for publication: editing, uniqueness enhancement, and metadata verification.
  • Monitor trends on YouTube and TikTok to adapt content to current topics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identify successful practices, and implement them in work.
  • Work with multiple accounts: configure VPN/proxies and rotate accounts.
  • Organize the storage of source files, templates, metadata management, and oversee batch content uploads.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency with automation tools for bulk video uploads (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or custom tools via YouTube API).
  • Experience with AI tools for generating video and audio content.
  • A deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithms and content uniqueness strategies to bypass bans and blocks.
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret trends (Google Trends, YouTube, social media) and adjust strategies quickly.
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics (CTR, watch time, retention) and how to optimize content accordingly.
  • Upper-Intermediate English 
  • Expertise in YouTube/Instagram interfaces, video upload rules, and SEO basics.
