What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Hard Skills:

  • Gambling Expertise: Proven experience in the gambling industry as a data analyst is a must.
  • Analytical Prowess: 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge and commercial experience with Python and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Visualization Skills: Ability to create comprehensive research and data visualizations using Tableau.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • BigQuery Experience: Hands-on experience with BigQuery.
  • Statistical Savvy: Confident application of basic statistical and probability theory concepts.
  • Bonus Skills: Working experience with Kafka is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Ownership: You take the initiative and solve business problems without needing approval.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent at detecting trends and patterns in data.
  • Work Ethic: You’re dedicated and ensure the job gets done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build from Scratch: Set up analytics and processes from the ground up.
  • Hypothesis Generation: Create hypotheses to find growth points and solve business problems.
  • Metric Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as CPC, FTD, ROI, and traffic quality.
  • Business Impact: Use your analytical skills to influence business decisions.
