Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork skills and good communication abilities for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Desire and motivation to develop in the affiliate marketing field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in marketing or sales.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding new partners for collaboration: conducting research, networking, sending emails, attending affiliate conferences and other events.
  • Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships: effectively communicating with partners.
  • Providing high-quality service to partners: promptly resolving issues.
  • Tracking key metrics with partners: profitability, conversion rates, and other indicators.
  • Interacting with other departments to improve partner performance.
  • Working individually with partners: scaling current campaigns, launching new ones, and improving partnership conditions.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
