Our partner (iGaming company.) is looking for the Retention/Sales Manager. The main task of this role is to develop the user retention direction, improve their experience, and influence the company’s growth.
This is a great opportunity to improve your English skills, as the work is exclusively with English-speaking clients. The company is focused on the Tier 1 market.
Main requirements:
- English B2+
- Experience in sales (preferably telephone), iGaming – from 1 year.
- Experience in working with warm clients.
- Experience with Sofswiss
- Understanding of web tools (Google spreadsheets, VoIP telephony programs, Assana e.t.c)
- Striving for results, as well as timely fulfillment of assigned tasks.
You will:
- Make calls to customers in different GEOs
- Keep clients on the project
- Respond to customer emails
- Handle objections
- Participate in forming an offer for the client
- Implement sales strategies
- Maintain a high level of customer service excellence.
- Work evening shift ( Must be available for multiple days )
- Attract customers to Tournaments that are being held.
- Explain to the customer the knowledge that they are lacking
