As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to become an architect of change within our recruitment team by implementing new technologies and optimizing hiring processes. Responsibilities:
- Automate routine tasks and implement modern tools for sourcing and analytics
- Optimize our processes in systems (ATS, Jira) to ensure top efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement in hiring processes and put those ideas into action
- Analyze data to enhance team effectiveness and improve metrics
- Develop the team: training, support, and teamwork are your essential tools

- Have experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency
- Take responsibility for projects and find innovative solutions
- Have skills in creating and refining processes, including experience with configuring or implementing ATS and other recruiting platforms
- Know how to analyze metrics (KPIs, indicators) and identify ways to improve them
- Are fluent in English and can comfortably communicate with native speakers
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
