We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Project Manager with strong SEO expertise to join our dynamic team. You will manage software development initiatives while driving SEO-related projects across multiple brands. This is a long-term role in a fast-growing iGaming company offering stability, autonomy, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both project management and the technical intricacies of SEO, including integration, optimization, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multi-brand projects, campaigns, and feature delivery
- Drive SEO-oriented initiatives and ensure technical implementations are correctly executed
- Build and maintain project roadmaps, WBS, and sprint cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, content, design, CRM) to meet deadlines
- Analyze data, forecast trends, and proactively mitigate risks
- Facilitate integration with third-party systems, analytics platforms, and content frameworks
- Work closely with Tech Leads, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support and manage bugs, escalations, and post-release quality checks
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management within tech or digital domains
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum
- Solid understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, trends)
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Chrome DevTools
- Understanding of development technologies: JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue), backend fundamentals, microservices, APIs, CI/CD
- Experience with CMS, DAM, push systems, and analytics
- Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in gambling or betting domains
Hands-on SEO optimization cases and data migrations - Work with payment systems, antifraud tools, or ML-driven products
- Project delivery from scratch across all lifecycle stages
- Certifications: PMP, CSM or similar
