Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess product performance metrics.
Investigate product usage, pinpoint growth opportunities, and devise experiments informed by data.
Undertake market research to spot trends.
Establish strategies for short to mid-term product development.
Manage the product roadmap, determine objectives and priorities, and communicate the vision to the team.
Aid in shaping the broader product department strategy and its development process.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders, balancing their requirements with deliverability.
Lead innovation and foster people development through exemplary action.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Proficient understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Proven experience managing product teams in a multicultural environment.
Strong analytical skills and the capability to interpret complex data.
Experience overseeing products from inception to launch.
At least Upper-intermediate level in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to delve into details and think critically.
Skilled in balancing metric-driven decision-making.
Ukrainian/russian language is must have

Desirable Experience:

Previous involvement in the iGaming, Fin-tech, Crypto or dating industry.
Background in social media marketing.
