Your role as Head Delivery Manager is to organize the quality delivery of the Core module and related teams of our B2B iGaming platform, which we are developing from scratch.

You will be responsible for developing core functionality including user authorization, transaction wallet management, KYC processes, anti-fraud measures, segmentation, and back-office functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

The delivery manager focuses on successfully planning, running and completing projects. He collaborates with all the teams involved in a project and makes sure the project produces the necessary outputs while meeting deadlines and staying within budget and deadline. He frequently interacts with clients to make sure the project meets their requirements and that they agree with the project’s current direction. Delivery managers might complete project audits and reviews to determine how they can improve a project’s progress.
Delivery manager duties include establishing project delivery teams, ensuring the team operates correctly and collaborates well and keeping them motivated.

Their duties may also include:

  • Conducting data analyses to assess a project’s progress
  • Controlling business procedures
  • Determining project delivery issues and assisting the team so they can overcome them
  • Ensuring the delivery team focuses on the highest priority tasks for delivering the product or service
  • Looking for ways of improving the delivery team’s performance and output
  • Mentoring project delivery team members, which includes making sure they adopt suitable project management techniques

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Delivery Management focuses more on a project’s operations, such as preventing risks and allocating resources. This means they need a good understanding of risk management and the procedures for delivering projects, including a project’s development, testing, and roll-out phases.

Commercial and financial skills: This refers to knowing when and how to hire third parties for projects, such as suppliers and contractors. It includes the ability to create budgets and understand the financial impact of projects.
Collaboration: Delivery Manager can build effective delivery teams and PMS, encourage collaboration, empower team members, and leave helpful feedback.
Knowledge of project management practices: delivery manager understand various project management methodologies and how to apply these principles to create a clear framework for their delivery team. They can also use project management tools effectively to visualize project progress and improve project delivery.
Mentoring abilities: delivery managers guide their team members by suggesting processes to use and ensuring the team focuses on the project’s output. They can also motivate their team and set sustainable workloads.
