As a Designer specializing in retargeting and social media banners, your primary responsibility is to create compelling, visually appealing graphics that drive user engagement and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and effective banners that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. These banners should be optimized for various digital platforms and devices to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Design banners that resonate with different audience segments.
  • Develop multiple versions of banners to facilitate A/B testing, enabling the marketing team to identify the most effective designs and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, particularly within the online gambling industry, to ensure the company’s banners remain competitive and engaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets under tight deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in design
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma or other design tool used for banner creation
  • Skills to animate a banner in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects or other tools
  • Strong banner composition skills
  • Creative approach to attention-grabbing visual creation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
