Your Responsibilities:
- Process Automation: Research and implement new tools to automate sourcing, recruiting, reporting, and assist in setting up hiring-related processes in Jira.
- Systems Management: Ensure proper use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), identify new opportunities to optimize its functionality.
- Process Optimization: Document and improve recruitment processes for the team and stakeholders, identify weak points and implement solutions.
- Development Projects: Participate in key company projects, such as supporting the referral program and training for hiring managers.
- Analysis & Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, analyze results and find ways to increase team efficiency.
- Financial Control: Manage recruitment tools and resources budgets, analyze KPI effectiveness and bonus systems to enhance team motivation.
- Team Training: Identify learning needs, collaborate with L&D department to implement team development programs, conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
- Team Support: Assist the team with vacancies during peak loads, conduct satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-based initiatives.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Recruitment Experience: In a leadership position or as a project manager.
- Automation Projects: Successful cases of implementing new tools or systems to improve recruitment processes.
- ATS Systems Experience: Proficiency in candidate management systems (we use Zoho Recruit), ability to configure new features and optimize system performance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, KPIs, financial indicators and propose solutions to increase team efficiency.
- Project Management: Experience in managing recruitment projects, implementing training programs, referral systems, and other process development initiatives.
- Budget Management: Ability to control recruitment tool expenses, maintain records and analyze resource utilization.
- Initiative and Innovation: Desire to bring new ideas, improve processes and implement changes.
- Teamwork: Ability to support the team, share knowledge, conduct training and experience exchange sessions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex processes in simple terms, work with various stakeholders, including team, managers, and other departments.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Readiness to respond quickly to changes, adapt to new conditions and priorities.
