Your role as Delivery Manager is to organize the quality delivery of the Core module and related teams of our B2B iGaming platform, which we are developing from scratch.

You will be responsible for developing core functionality including user authorization, transaction wallet management, KYC processes, anti-fraud measures, segmentation, and back-office functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent management of multibrand tasks and promo events, distributing to other brands and projects
  • Create and maintain a project plan that reflects the key milestones, dependencies and ownership that are required to complete the project successfully.
  • Manage timelines and/or scope of work, and escalate changes internally(objectives, team, tasks, deliverables, timelines, hours, costs).
  • Provide transparent and clear reporting to leadership and other relevant parties on status and results.
  • Determine and set the necessary priorities, sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources needed to achieve the delivery of the project.
  • Manage backlog, create and drive sprint cycles
  • Work with the engineering team to provide estimates for projects and prepare appropriate supporting justifications/ assumptions, explaining relationship to budget, scope, timelines/ milestones, and success criteria.
  • Prepare the WBS for estimations
  • Evaluate data and forecast trends that might impact estimates and generate risk.
  • Coordinate tasks with content, CRM and design departments
  • Work with support tasks, passing bughunting report
  • Discuss features with Techlead, devops and backend, Head of development

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Experience in managing software development projects and keep up-to-date status on all of them;
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum;
  • Experience in using task tracking systems, ideally Jira
  • Fundamental knowledge of team management and experience managing small to medium size engagements
  • Understanding of PMO methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation
  • Ability to manage all risks and blockers to resolution
  • Ability to optimize existing processes and create and implement new ones
  • Basic understanding and purpose of using of one of popular js frameworks as Angular, React, Vue,
  • Familiar with one of backend technologies,
  • Familiar with purpose of using and types of DB, CI/CD
  • QA/QC processes
  • Basic understanding Infrastructure, microservice, API understanding
  • Understanding of the deployment/release process (canary, blue/green)
  • Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written)
  • Ukrainian/russian language is must have

Will be a plus:

  • Technical background as QA or Developer is a big plus
  • Previous experience in gambling, betting
