Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implemented, analyzed, and continuously optimized retention marketing campaigns to prolong existing player lifetime and extract maximum value. 
  • Continuously working on improvement of player conversion and retention on specific brands.
  • Perform A/B testing of CRM conversion and retention campaigns to find the best approaches to operate within the market and retain casino players. 
  • Regular competitor research and analysis, to stay up to date with the latest trends within the market. 
  • Cooperate with other departments – product team, design team, affiliate team, and analytics, to build the best performing and converting campaigns for our casino players.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • A candidate should have at least 2 years of iGaming experience within CRM, or marketing roles. 
  • Advanced English Communication
  • We are looking for a positive, independent, creative, and ambitious person, who is not afraid to try new things and strive for the best results. 
  • A person should be a team player, willing to share knowledge and also willing to learn.
  • We are looking for someone able to manage his project, collaborate with the team, have good planning skills, and have an eagle eye for details. 

Specific Requirements:

  • The perfect person will have experience in a similar role within the i-Gaming industry and experience operating within markets regulated by MGA or Curacao licenses – running retention marketing campaigns via casino sites, email, push, SMS, and other channels.
