Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs such as user retention, profitability, ARPU, ROI, LTV, and conversion to optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of campaigns, partner programs, and promotions.
  • Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and proposing optimizations.
  • Analyzing and optimizing internal processes, including transaction processing and partner program management.
  • Implementing automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assisting in building data models and providing analytical insights for strategic planning.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Firebase), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPC, CPA, revenue sharing) and KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem (publishers, advertisers, networks).
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to market changes and trends.
  • Proficiency in English, Ukrainian/russian language is must have
