In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to solve problems, customize and support payment system and you will help optimize payment flows and ensure high transaction approval rates

Key Responsibilities:
- Approval ration monitoring (payment approval rate)
- traffic routing through multiple PSPs
- configuration and launch of new payment methods and integrations
- troubleshooting with PSP; (deep dive in analytics to identify decline reasons and make a decision on how to change routing configuration)
- operation interaction with financial team to handle “financial reconciliation procedure”
- improving dashboards and analytics to monitor “Approval ratio”
- set up alerting system for “Approval ration drops”
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 3 years in Payment service provider or fintech related domain
- understanding of payment flow parties (Payment service provider as an intermediate component; bank acquire as a payment processor; Visa and Mastercard as a controller payment orchestrator as a technological component)
- basic knowledge of gambling industry (understanding of specificity)
- experience in communication with Payment service providers
- knowledge of task-tracking systems like Jira
- good soft skills to be able to negotiate issues with PSP
- English: upper-intermediate

- experience in gambling
