Our partner (iGaming start-up) is looking for the HR Generalist to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for company and participate in recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all changes in the life cycle of employees (onboarding, performance management, offboarding)
- Oversee Peer & Performance Review Life Cycle management
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and support their professional development
- Handle recruitment for different roles within the organization
- Organization of corporate parties and events ordered by the company
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify internal staffing needs and requirements, providing continuous support throughout the hiring process
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting
- Upper – intermediate level of English
- Experience with employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Expertise in managing peer and performance review processes and career development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in recruitment for various roles within an organization
- Ability to identify internal needs and requirements for the recruitment team and facilitate processes within the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns effectively
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes
