Our partner (iGaming start-up) is looking for the CRM Manager.
This role will entangle planning, implementing as well as analyzing our retention strategy for all brands.
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of promotional, trigger, and transactional communications
- Development of existing and search for new communication channels
- Audience segmentation: work with cohorts and user groups
- Setting up and launching promotional mechanics for different types of audiences
- Setting up and launching communications
- Formation and testing of hypotheses to improve company metrics
- Automation of successful tests
- Interaction with other departments of the company
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in the iGaming field and be knowledgeable about the best retention practices
- high analytical skills
- adaptability, responsibility, flexibility
- readiness for high workload/dynamic work
- Intermediate + English language level
