Introduction to the role
We are seeking an experienced CRM Email Campaign Automation Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, retention, and conversion through personalized email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation within the online gaming or similar industry. And will be responsible for managing and optimizing automated email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously refining our CRM strategy to maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM email marketing strategies aimed at customer retention, reactivation, and cross-selling.
- Create, implement, and manage automated email campaigns using the marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure that all email campaigns are aligned with business goals and reflect the brand’s voice and values.

- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to improve the relevance and effectiveness of email communications.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other campaign elements.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and apply insights to refine and enhance future campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and marketing automation, preferably within the online gaming or similar industry.
- Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms preferably customer.io
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, email design, and best practices for deliverability and engagement.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the online gaming industry or similar.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
