Introduction to the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate CRM Campaign Manager/Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the CRM team and managing all aspects of CRM campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM within the online gaming industry, with a strong focus on campaign management, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of CRM campaign strategies aimed at customer retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Work closely with the product teams to align CRM campaigns with overall business goals and promotional activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team, ensuring they have the support, resources, and guidance needed to succeed.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including planning, segmentation, creative development, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, testing, and feedback to improve engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and customer support, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, with experience in a leadership role, preferably within the online gaming industry.
- Experience of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Good Experience with CRM tools and platforms, preferably customer.io
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and data analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
