As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for discovering, defining, and creating clear, understandable documentation that aligns with business goals and needs, ensuring that we’re solving the right problems. You’ll develop UML & BPMN diagrams to align all stakeholders, create detailed requirements documentation supported by user stories, acceptance criteria, and visual prototypes, and build wireframes and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discover, define and create understandable documentation for all stakeholders in the space of business goals and business needs, defining the true problem
- Creation of UML & BPMN diagrams to sync all parties
- Specify documents of requirements and support them using alternative views (user stories, defining acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototypes, scenarios)
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Participate in backlog grooming, defining upcoming release scope
- Support development team in clarifications of requirements and manage change requests
- Close collaboration with DEV/QA teams (planning, task management, bug tracking, change management)
- Detect cross-team dependencies, work with other Product Owners and Technical teams
Technology stack:
- Project management tools (Jira/Confluence/Trello)
- UML & BPMN modeling (Lucidchart,MIRO,Visio)
- Ui/UX creation tools (Figma, InVisio, Axure,Draw io etc. )
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of experience in business or system analysis
- Experience with BPMN, UML, Flow diagrams
- Understanding different requirement types (Business, Functional/Nonfunctional etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple work streams and know how to prioritize work
- Experience in the creation of business and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in prototyping
- Proficiency in English for reading and writing tech documentation
- Ukrainian/russian language is must have
As a plus: - Expertise in one of the domains – (i-gaming, marketing, CRM, DWH, betting, payments)
