As the ASO Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing our app store optimization strategy across multiple platforms. You will lead a team of ASO specialists and collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to drive visibility, improve app rankings, and increase organic downloads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve app visibility and keyword rankings in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in IGaming niche
- Lead and mentor a team of ASO specialists, providing guidance on best practices and optimization techniques.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to inform ASO strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to create compelling app descriptions, promotional graphics, and A/B test variations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, user reviews, and feedback to continuously improve app store presence.
- Coordinate with localization teams to ensure app listings are tailored for different markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in ASO and mobile marketing.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in App Store Optimization or digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in IGaming field is a must
- Strong understanding of app store algorithms, user behavior, and ASO tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, App Annie, ASOMobile).
- Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving app rankings.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is preferred.
